The challenge at hand

Despite being extremely popular for 5 years, Clash of Clans hadn’t officially come to India due to various entry barriers. This left the domestic gaming community feeling disconnected from the brand.

Our creative needed to reverse this sentiment while providing an emotional anchor to grow the brand in the future.

The
Solution

Immersed in the game, players take on the role of mighty Chieftains. Our film flipped the western context of a Chieftain to an extremely relatable Indian warrior.

With over 30 million views in 24 hours, the #ClashWaliFeeling film was one of YouTube's best performing videos for a launch. More importantly, the spot has created a new wave of love for the Clash of Clans brand in India.
